| Findus appoint Leendert den Hollander as new marketing chief |

ONE of Europe’s biggest food businesses - the Findus Group – has signalled its intention to step up its marketing efforts with the appointment of Leendert den Hollander to the new Group role of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Leendert joins the Findus Group after 15 years with Procter & Gamble (P&G) and has substantial international brand marketing and business experience. He has worked across multiple product categories & brands and has experience at regional, country and global level. Most recently, he was Global Director of Household Cleaners, based in Geneva. Chris Britton, Chief Executive of the Findus Group says: “Leendert is a senior marketeer who has managed many famous brands and has an outstanding track record in driving category changing innovation. He will play a vital role in helping the Findus Group step up its marketing agenda - bringing new focus to our core development programme, leveraging consumer insights and driving innovation.
